All annotated data, reviews, inputs, and feedback provided by you or through your account while using the platform are the exclusive property of OtwoX AI Foundation. By submitting such data, you fully and irrevocably assign all intellectual property rights in and to that data to us.

You must use the platform solely for the authorized purposes specified by us. It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any malicious activities, attempting to breach systems, scraping data, or engaging in any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform and our AI model alignment process.

As a reviewer or annotator, you are bound by strict confidentiality regarding all data, models, and tasks assigned to you. You may not share any content from the platform or discuss project details with any unauthorized third parties. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
